Change Management Overview
Change management can be defined as a collective term for the approaches and techniques used to guide you in preparing, equipping and supporting individuals throughout the process of organisational change and business improvement projects.
The potential for successful change implementation is directly related to a smooth transition during change initiatives and, although each change initiative is unique, there are actions that can be taken to support and assist people through their individual transitions.
In this course, you will learn how change management provides you with a structured approach towards supporting the individuals within the organisation; as well as the organisation as a whole.
